Payment & Terms
Payment terms will be set up on a case-by-case basis.  Generally, payment in full is required for
initial orders and any orders placed within 60 days following the initial order.  During this period,
the new account will be established.  Account establishment may require 3 credit references
along with a new account application.  

Payment methods accepted are Business/commercial check,
Visa, Mastercard and American
Express
.  Initial orders will be processed immediately with an approved credit card.  When wishing
to pay by check on the initial order, the check must be received and funds cleared prior to the
shipment of goods.  We also proudly offer
PayPal as a payment option for orders placed using
our convenient online website.
Payroll Deduction Plan
Server Station Workwear & Supply offers a payroll deduction plan for your staff!  This is a
great opportunity for your staff to keep up with all their restaurant uniform and supply
needs, as well as being a nice convenience for you to offer for them!  This has proven to be
a great system for clients, especially for their new hires who may be a little short on cash
before they've even started
their first shift!  Once we establish your payroll deduction plan (with your accounting
department) your staff may order from our webstore
www.SDServerStation.com and
notate their payroll deduction at check-out.  This gives them immediate access to work
shirts, pants, aprons, vests, waitstaff and bartender tools.  Men's and women's restaurant
shoes by Skecher's are also available for purchase through our online store
website ,
however payroll deduction is NOT offered on footwear.  We also offer chef apparel through
the webstore and they can even order embroidery for their chef coats!

How does it work?
Once we establish a new payroll deduction account with you, your staff may begin ordering
online right away!  At the end of each pay period, all outstanding invoices will be gathered
and an itemized list of employee names and corresponding balances due will be forwarded
to your accounting department along with the invoices for your records.  These deductions
shall be made by your payroll accountant and an additional check in the amount of those
total deductions will be made out to Server Station Workwear & Supply and mailed to us
when payroll checks are cut.  A credit card must be kept on file and may also be used for
your payroll deduction balance.  For your convenience, your Visa, Mastercard or American
Express information may remain on file and be charged bi-monthly.
